Tag Along by Jody Pirrello

This little project is a great introduction to combo knit / sew projects.

It covers all the basics - knitting an edging, sewing to fit knitting, and installing a zipper.

The bag takes just a tiny bit of fabric and yarn and is great for scraps and partial balls of yarn.  If you don't have a fabric stash ask to "shop" at a friend's before investing in a lot of fabirc.  Be warned though - fabric shopping can be just a stash enhancing as buying yarn.
